Join an Established Local Electrical Team We are hiring an experienced Residential Service Electrician to serve homeowners in Crawfordsville, Lebanon, and surrounding Central Indiana communities. Since 1978, our locally owned home services company has built its reputation on quality workmanship, dependable service, and taking care of its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who enjoys solving electrical problems, working directly with homeowners, and delivering safe, high-quality repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and components
- Perform residential service work, electrical repairs, panel upgrades and replacements, and installations
- Evaluate electrical systems and recommend safe, effective solutions for homeowners
- Read and interpret electrical schematics when needed
- Coordinate permits, electrical shutoffs, and power restoration as required
- Complete work in compliance with applicable electrical codes, licensing requirements, and safety standards
- Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners
- Use electrical tools, meters, testing equipment, and service equipment safely
- Serve Crawfordsville, Lebanon, and surrounding counties within approximately a one-hour radius

What You’ll Bring
- Valid electrical license required
- At least 8 years of verifiable residential electrical service experience
- Strong experience with residential wiring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, panel upgrades, and installations
- Ability to independently diagnose electrical issues and complete quality repairs
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safe electrical work practices
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential electrical service work
- Ability to reliably commute to Crawfordsville, IN and work throughout the surrounding service area
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening
