Custodian/Housekeeper

Description The Custodian/Housekeeping, under the direction of the Operations Manager, is responsible for the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor grounds of the MetraPark facility; performs all other job-related duties as requested.

Class Specifications | Custodian/Housekeeping (C/D) | Class Spec Details Examples of Duties

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization of MetraPark facilities public spaces, administrative offices, and other assigned areas;
• Keep assigned areas maintained and cleaned in accordance with established policies and procedures;
• Keep areas clean of debris and trash; mop floors, vacuum, remove gum, clean marks, and blemishes from multiple surfaces;
• Operates floor cleaners, buffers, carpet shampooers, waxing and sealing equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience/Training:

• Graduation from high school or obtained High Set (formerly GEC);
• One (1) years’ experience in general housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, and/or grounds maintenance.

Certifications:

• Possession of a valid Montana driver’s license.

Required:

• Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet any County-specific employment eligibility standards.
