Reliability / Failure Analysis Technician

• Coordinate between various business units and reliability team, ensuring parts are transferred and verified ready for stressing.
• Operate Reliability Equipment after training is complete – HTOL, Package Stress system, etc as required.
• Expect clear communication of needs and results – email and in person
• Complete Reliability tasks as requested/documented by Reliability Team
• 40 hours per week

Skills required:

• · Knowledge of Basic Electronics Operation.
• · Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Operation.
• · Follow Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) precautions.
• · Clear communication of needs and results – email and in person
• · Ability to work independently.
• · Problem solving skills.
• · Ability to lift 50lb.
• · Ability to perform electronic soldering of small components is a plus.
• · Knowledge, and Ability to use Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope devices is a plus.
