Job Requirements Job Title: Technical Consultant Hours: 480 per position, 40 hrs/week Location: Remote Type: Contract
Candidates will build agents, prompt templates and actions on Salesforce as part of the client's Agentforce work.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions and guardrails
- Build prompt templates and the actions agents rely on
- Test and refine agent behavior against the client's use cases
- Work directly with the client team and document what was built
Required
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce agents, prompt templates and actions on real projects
- Strong Salesforce platform skills, such as Flow, Apex and integrations
- Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Agentforce Specialist or other Salesforce developer certifications
- Data Cloud familiarity
