Senior Technical Consultant

Job Requirements Job Title: Senior Technical Architect Hours: Up to 3,000 total, 40 hrs/week Location: Remote (client is Ohio-based, about 10% onsite)

The client is running Phase 2 and a governance workstream on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Billing. We need a senior technical architect to manage the project's technical architects and own the end-to-end architecture, while staying hands-on in the solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture across Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) and Billing
• Manage the project's technical architects: delegate work, review designs and unblock the team
• Stay hands-on in solutioning, designing and validating the solution alongside the team
• Support Phase 2 delivery and the governance workstream, and document key design decisions
• Work directly with the client's team, including occasional onsite sessions in Ohio Required
• Advanced, hands-on Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management) experience on real implementations
• Advanced Billing experience as part of a Revenue Cloud solution
• Senior architect background: leading other architects and supporting end-to-end solution design while still building
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders as the technical lead
• Available to start ASAP at 40 hrs/week, remote, with about 10% onsite in Ohio

Nice to Have

• Revenue Cloud, CPQ or Billing certifications
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications
• Based in or near Ohio
