Job Requirements Key Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in RF / High-Frequency PCB Design.
- Experience designing high-speed, high-frequency PCBs from scratch.
- Expertise with Cadence Allegro (preferred PCB design tool).
- Candidates should have actual PCB design ownership, not just board release, manufacturing coordination, or design modifications.
- Experience designing PCBs operating at 40 GHz or higher (products may go up to 60–70 GHz).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- RF Test Automation experience.
- Automation using Python (preferred over C#).
- AI/ML exposure for predictive maintenance.
- Experience with simulation tools such as:
- Ansys HFSS
- Keysight ADS
- CST Studio
