• Assess interface complexity, business criticality, upstream and downstream dependencies, and migration readiness.
• Define interface inventory, classification, complexity assessment, and migration prioritization frameworks.
• Develop phased migration strategies to minimize business disruption and ensure continuity of critical integrations.
• Establish migration factories, standardized delivery processes, reusable components, and automation opportunities.
• Define migration tracking mechanisms, progress metrics, quality gates, and governance processes.
• Coordinate multiple delivery teams working across parallel migration tracks.
• Drive resolution of complex technical issues and integration dependencies across application teams.
• Ensure successful transition from legacy integration platforms to modernized target architectures.
- Container Services Implementation
• Architect and lead the implementation of containerized TIBCO integration services.
• Define containerization strategies for TIBCO BW6 applications and associated runtime components.
• Design deployment architectures covering container images, runtime configuration, networking, security, and resource allocation.
• Establish environment configuration, deployment automation, and configuration management standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to implement container platforms and supporting services.
• Define container lifecycle management, health checks, logging, monitoring, scalability, and resiliency standards.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for build, packaging, deployment, and promotion across environments.
• Ensure containerized integration services meet enterprise security, availability, and operational requirements.
- Architecture Governance and Technical Leadership
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, architecture assessments, and solution planning activities.
• Review and approve solution architecture, technical design documents, and integration specifications.
