Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
- Start your career with WyoBen and join a Wyoming based manufacturing and mining operation focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a Packer Role in a fast-paced production environment. No experience required- Training Provided.
What You'll Do
- Fill the appropriate bags to designated weight and palletize finished product
- Work closely with the production team
- Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures
- Shrink Wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts
- Clean-up and maintain a safe, clutter-free work area
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation
- Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 bs regularly (up to 100lbs. occasionally)
- Available to work rotating shifts
Work Environment
- Working in a fast-moving production environment
- Standing, lifting, and working around machinery
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements
