Key Responsibilities

• 🦺 Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• 🗣️ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• 📏 Read and interpret production orders (size, specifications, color, etc.)
• 🛠️ Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers
• 🔩 Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware
• 🔍 Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met
• 📦 Package finished products for shipment
• 🧠 Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• 📌 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 📘 Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders
• ➕ Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
• 📏 Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• 🏋️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• 🚶 Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• 🤝 Strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability
• 🎯 Quality-focused with a commitment to safety
• 💬 Customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach
• 🧩 Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• 🛠️ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
