Job Summary We are looking for detail-oriented Machine Operators / Sewers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality apparel products. Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not required - we provide comprehensive, hands-on training for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines efficiently.
• Quality Control: Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality, adhering strictly to company output standards.
• Maintenance: Perform basic machine upkeep, such as threading needles, clearing jams, and adjusting tensions.
• Defect Detection: Identify and correct garment, thread, or stitching defects during the production process.
• Production Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of daily output and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Visual Precision: Ability to accurately identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles, handle fabrics, and manipulate small parts.
• Technical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls and software settings.
• Pace & Endurance: Comfort standing for extended periods and working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, sewing, or a similar fast-paced environment (preferred, but entry-level candidates with high aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Commitment: High standards for quality and a strong, dependable work ethic.
• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive mindset.
• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
