- Mechanically Inclined - Basic hand / power tools - On the job experience or hobbies such as working on cars, motorcycles, etc. - Willingness / Ability to be cross-trained in all aspects of the shop - Ability to follow written job orders and perform basic math - ITAR Compliant Can be put to help in any of the below functions: - Machine Operation - Ability to follow detailed work instructions and operate basic hand tools - Quality Control or Metrology / Inspection - Follow instructions and operate inspection tools (Print reading a plus) - Hand finishing - Deburring = Ability to use hand tools to remove material from metal parts - Shipping/Receiving - Follow work instructions to receive, package and/or ship manufactured products
