Mitigation Project Manager

Project Manager Details: Direct Hire position \$750.00 to \$60,000.00 /annually Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm) Prepare detailed mitigation and build-back estimates using XACTIMATE Conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and photo documentation On-Call & Emergency Hours Submit supplements and change orders Manage projects from initial assessment through rebuild. Communicate with adjusters, property managers, and clients to negotiate and finalize estimates. Track project budgets, costs, and profitability. Maintain accurate and complete job files in company software (DASH, CoreLogic, and similar) Ability to defend estimates with proper documentation. Support company growth by capturing all billable items and minimizing underbilling. Project Manager Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 5 years of restoration or construction estimating experience Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required) and related estimating platforms - 3-5 years. Knowledge of the insurance claims process and restoration industry standards Detail oriented, organized, and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledgeable in construction and comfortable working with and managing subcontractors.
