NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a trailer fabricator for a Custom and Family-Owned Aluminum Boat manufacturer. Do you love fishing? If yes, you are going to love working at this company. This is a day shift, evaluation to hire position. Qualified Candidates will: Have 2+ years of assembly and fabrication experience. Be able to read schematics. Have previously cut metal to length using a variety of saws. Be welding and fabricating various custom trailers. These are visible welds so attention for detail is a must. Perform metal preparation for the paint department as needed. Read electrical schematics to hook up electrical systems. Have good shop math To communicate well both verbally and in writing. Lift up to 75 lbs. semi-consistent basis To Stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-to-10-hour shift. Have a QUALITY Work Ethic.
