Position Overview
Workout Anytime Stonecrest is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Assistant Gym Manager with the ambition to grow into a future General Manager role.
This is an opportunity for an aspiring leader to gain hands-on experience in gym operations, membership sales, team leadership, and business management while receiving mentorship and professional development.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder, competitive sales professional, and self-starter who takes ownership of results and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Growth
- Drive sales through prospecting, gym tours, lead follow-up, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate memberships.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Support marketing campaigns, community outreach, and local partnerships.
Gym Operations & Member Experience
- Assist with daily operations, facility cleanliness, and club presentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns.
- Support membership retention, employee scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and motivating gym environment.
Leadership & Management Development
- Assist in coaching, training, and motivating team members.
- Learn staffing, sales management, operational performance, and financial accountability.
- Take ownership of assigned goals and operational responsibilities.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and independent leadership.
- Participate in management development to prepare for future advancement.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to advance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
- Previous sales, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
