What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and great energy.
• Experience teaching Mat Pilates classes.
• Knowledge of Pilates techniques, proper alignment, breathing, and core engagement.
• The ability to create fun, engaging, and effective classes for different fitness levels.
• A friendly, motivating, and professional personality.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.
• A relevant Pilates certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging Mat Pilates classes
• Guide clients through exercises that improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
• Provide clear instructions and modifications for different abilities.
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and positive studio environment.
• Help clients feel confident, strong, and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
