Overall Position Description:

• The Reservations Quality Specialist helps maintain accurate booking and guest records. This role reviews records for accuracy and policy compliance, corrects errors and duplicate entries, and keeps bookings and guest profiles current in reservation and CRM systems. The specialist also tracks recurring issues and reports findings to help guide team training.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years in reservations, contact center quality assurance or auditing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Duration/Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary:

• $17.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)

• Tucson, AZ (On Site)
