Large hospital in Queens is hiring Sterille Processing Technicians.
Position Overview
Perform full decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of complex instruments and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot sterilization and mechanical decontamination equipmentPrepare, track, and distribute sterile instrument trays and surgical suppliesMaintain inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and report defective items
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Sterile processing certification (CRCST or CSPD) OR provisional certification (CRCST), required.
Pay Range USD $28.76 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
