This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of Agent development, operation, security, and identity.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for creative, results-oriented, and collaborative Full-Stack Engineers to help build and scale the next generation of our Agentic system. About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer on the Agent Passport & Assurance team, you’ll build the user-facing and platform experiences that make AI agents trustworthy, observable, and governable. Agentic AI is moving into HR and Finance workflows, and enterprises need to know what their agents are doing, what they’re allowed to do, and whether they can be trusted. That’s the problem we’re solving.
Agent governance and security is a new and fast-evolving field. There is no established playbook, so you’ll help define it. You’ll work in a small, cross-functional pod to design and ship full stack solutions, from intuitive front-end experiences to resilient backend services that cover runtime guardrails, policy enforcement, agent inspection, evaluation, and red teaming. You’ll collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams, owning features end to end and seeing your work run in production.
If you enjoy building real products, solving problems with no existing answer, and working with people who care about quality and craft, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full stack features that secure, govern, and increase trust in AI agents
- Design and build agent inspection, evidence, and policy management experiences, and the services behind them
- Integrate agent frameworks (such as LangGraph), runtime guardrails, MCP gateways, and third-party governance and security tools into our platform
- Build and operationalize evaluation and red-teaming pipelines to measure agent safety, reliability, and policy compliance
- Own services from development through production: you build it, you run it
- Collaborate in an iterative, team-first environment that values strong engineering practices and continuous learning
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and help raise the technical bar across the pod
- Help shape technical direction and best practices in an emerging area of AI governance
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience and educational background
- 5+ years writing performant backend services (Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern OOP language)
- 5+ years of React and TypeScript experience in front-end or full stack development
- Experience designing full stack applications end to end
- Experience with identity federation and standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, or DIDs
- Hands-on experience building with agentic frameworks, preferably LangGraph (or similar, such as LangChain)
- Experience building or working with LLM/agent evaluation (evals) to measure quality, safety, or reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
Other Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/agent security and governance tooling, such as runtime guardrails (e.g., Cisco), AI red-teaming platforms, policy management and compliance platforms, and MCP gateways
- Understanding of agentic threat models: prompt injection, tool misuse, excessive agency, data exfiltration, and agent identity and authorization
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent interaction patterns
- Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM/Agentic apps, ISO 42001, EU AI Act)
- Familiarity with cryptographic libraries for digital signatures and attestation verification
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience building and operating products in cloud environments (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure)
- Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven success in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners, including security, legal, and compliance stakeholders

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
