Civil Municipal Engineer

## The role focuses on municipal infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage systems, utilities, and other public-sector improvements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of civil or municipal engineering experience, strong hands-on design ability, and experience supporting projects from design through construction. An active Professional Engineer license is required.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design municipal infrastructure projects including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and related public improvements.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation; support permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Support municipal projects from planning and design through construction and manage technical workstreams across multiple active projects.
• Provide construction support including shop drawing review, contractor questions, RFIs, field conditions, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with municipal clients, agencies, consultants, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 3+ years of civil or municipal engineering experience and hands-on municipal infrastructure design experience.
• Experience preparing engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for roadway, drainage, utility, or similar public infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in person in the Wayne, New Jersey office and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Technical experience may include AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Revit, Bluebeam, Mathcad, engineering calculations, and construction documentation.
