Production Worker

Employer is hiring Production Team Members or Forklift Operators / Temporary to Permanent Hire after 90-days. ( Upon Permanent Hire - Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour ) Production Team Members - will be assembling automotive parts, operating a production machine, or performing quality inspection of parts. No experience or Education Required Forklift Operators - will operate forklift to stage or transport parts. Experience required All applicants will train their first week on 1st shift. After training, they will be assigned a specific shift. Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7 am - 3:45 pm, 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 12:30 am, 3rd Shift: 7 pm - 3:45 am 1st and 2nd Shift: Rate of Pay: $14 per hour (weekly attendance bonus of $1 per hour added to weekly pay check) 3rd Shift: Rate of Pay - $15 per hour (weekly attendance bonus of $1 per hour added to weekly pay check) Employer will conduct a Job Fair at the Alabama Career Center - Cullman - Wednesday, November 4, 2026 - between the hours 8 am - 4 pm.
