Winnebago Towables is now adding team members for all manufacturing positions. These positions are based in Middlebury, Indiana and will take place in a fast-paced environment. Departments may include Lamination, Welding, Receiving, Floors, Plumbing, Shelling, Cabinet Shop, Electrical, Metal, Slide Outs, Pre-Final and Final Finish. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Previous RV manufacturing experience a plus
• Experience with hand tools required
• Highly motivated to work independently
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel stoop, crouch, crawl and climb daily
• Able to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds, with Team Lift/mechanical assistance as needed
• Able to work in a loud environment with moving mechanical parts, fumes/airborne particles and vibration. Winnebago will provide required/recommended PPE
