Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service
• Fabricate and install parts as needed to ensure proper equipment functionality
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and train junior technicians as required
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding efficient solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising and training junior technicians

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to maintenance work

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
