Documentation & Submittals: Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), transmittals, and submittals to support construction workflows.
Resource & Material Management: Schedule materials, track deliveries, assist with the approval of material invoices, and track/report equipment and vehicles in the right-of-way daily.
Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain strong working relationships and communicate effectively with co-workers, project management staff, field superintendents, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Level: Entry-level field position; ideal for self-motivated individuals looking to build a career in utility construction project management.
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Technical & Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Location & Licensing Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel to and stay at various project sites throughout the Western United States, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced field office environment.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: Market-competitive salary structure.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision - for you and your qualified spouse and dependents.
Retirement & Paid Time Off: 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO), paid vacation, and holiday pay.
