Assistant Baker

Under the direct supervision of the baker. The Assistant Baker will assist in baking desserts needed, as well as other food service tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or Graduate Equivalency Exam preferred.
• Will have a basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations relative to Food Service Operations and procedures following HACCP Guidelines.
• Will have knowledge of dessert and pastry production.
• Knows how to read written instructions well.
• Knows how to follow oral instructions.
• Further training in quantity dessert preparation techniques and sanitation procedures.
