Campus Description Turner Elementary School is an elementary campus in Willis Independent School District serving students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. The campus combines strong academic expectations with a supportive, student-centered culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and community engagement. Turner Elementary is committed to developing the whole child while building meaningful partnerships with families and staff to support student success.

Description/Notes The Assistant Principal assists the campus principal in all areas of the campus, helping to foster high levels of academic achievement, a positive school culture, and strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. The successful candidate will lead and support teachers through collaborative leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Assistant Principal will also ensure a safe, engaging, and student-focused learning environment aligned with the mission and goals of Willis ISD.

Qualifications

Master's degree in educational administration/mid-management

Texas Principal's certificate or other appropriate Texas certificate

Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Salary Range Dependent upon experience: midpoint at $76,176
