Warehouse and Delivery Driver Full Time

Alaskan and Proud Markets is a locally owned and operated Grocery Store headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska. We are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join our Ketchikan team. This position is for a Warehouse/Delivery Driver. There is a great opportunity for advancement within the Alaskan and Proud Operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid Drivers License Must be over 21 years of age Non CDL Medical Card to drive DOT vehicle. Able to multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of grocery operations Exceptional Customer Service Skills Strong work ethic and dependable Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to arrive at work on time ready to start Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to stand/walk for a full 8-hr work Basic full body motions: bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, and reaching Flexibility with work schedule (including weekends and holidays) Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, dependable, and hard working. This position requires the employee to receive and deliver orders. Will also be driving and delivering freight to our Lighthouse store. Assisting with shipping department. Shopping and delivery of orders.
