Grill Server

Alaskan and Proud Markets is a locally owned and operated Grocery Store headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska.

We are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join our Ketchikan team. This position is for a full time Grill - Server.

There is a great opportunity for advancement within the Alaskan and Proud Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Basic understanding of commercial kitchen operations

Strong work ethic and dependable

Strong verbal and communication skills

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. regularly

Ability to stand/walk for a full 8-hr work period

Basic full body motions:

bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, reaching

Flexibility with work schedule (including weekends and holidays)

Have reliable transportation options to make it to work on time

Ability to arrive to work on time ready to start work

Must be over 18+ years of age

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepping for Grill Products and following AP recipes

Serving daily Grill specials

Assisting and coordinating with Grill Cook

Cleaning and Maintaining work and merchandising areas

Merchandising products as directed

Misc. job tasks as assigned by store director or supervisor

Obtain and keep a current Food Worker Card

Follow and comply with company policies and procedures

Follow Recipes and direction of shift supervisor

Contributing to a Positive Work Atmosphere
