Position Overview:

The Program Integrator will support program planning and execution through schedule development, progress tracking, and coordination across project teams. This role will maintain integrated schedules, communicate schedule performance, and support the Government Program Manager with programmatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Identify and document critical paths, dependencies, and milestones to guide execution.
• Coordinate with project teams to define activities, allocate resources, and sequence tasks.
• Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect changes, risks, and delays.
• Prepare and present reports and PowerPoint briefings on schedule performance, milestone status, and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with operational, procurement, and delivery activities.
• Support the Government Program Manager with program planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including schedule development and maintenance.
• Understanding of critical path analysis, task dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to assess schedule performance, identify risks, and communicate issues clearly.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project or program management experience, particularly supporting government or agency programs.
• Experience leading program execution and assisting a Government Program Manager across a broad range of programmatic activities.
