The Process Engineering Technician will design as a developmental role, supports and improves day to day operations within the manufacturing facility. This role provides hands on engineering support while leading cross functional operational excellence support focused on equipment condition, process stability, housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with the Process Engineers, Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Safety to drive sustainable performance improvements. . This role is located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site. Responsibilities Process Engineering Technician Responsibilities: 1. Process Performance & Optimization - Identify, analyze, and eliminate process losses, instability, and inefficiencies to improve safety, quality, cost, reliability, and throughput. 2. Technical Ownership & Change Management-Serve as technical owner for assigned process improvements. 3. Ensure engineering changes are properly tested, validated, documented, approved, and sustained. 4. Equipment Health & Reliability Support-Monitor equipment condition and performance. 5.
