WE'RE HIRING: ROVING ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

This is a role for someone who likes variety, picks up new systems fast, and genuinely enjoys helping people find their next home. • Prepares leases for future residents in accordance with each property's procedures.
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input into the software system accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately, and deposits are reported to the corporate office.
  • Generate necessary legal action, documents, and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines.
  • Send out delinquency notices, violation letters, etc as the needs arise.
  • Be able to discuss renewals and send proposals to residents

Travel & Scheduling Flexibility:

  • Travels to various Whitecap Management properties throughout the Twin Cities metro area as assigned, sometimes with little advance notice.
  • Maintains reliable transportation and the flexibility to work across multiple properties in a single week, or even a single day.
  • Quickly adapts to each property's team, systems, and procedures upon arrival.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Use Whitecap software and systems to manage and engage with prospects and residents
  • Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment.
