Cook

The Cook is an integral part of White Pine success providing exceptional service and delivery of quality product for our customers. The Associate will support all aspects of the businesses including the General Store, Cafe and Lodge. Duties include but are not limited to. General Store 1. Greet customers warmly 2. Assist with sandwich and salad making at deli counter as needed Caf 1. Greet customers warmly 2. Take orders for breakfast items as able 3. Maintain kitchen in accordance with food and sanitation standards 4. Make and serve items or properly package for take out 5. Slice meat and vegetables for deli bar as needed. 6. Ensure that refrigerators and freezers are at appropriate temperature 7. Maintain appropriate inventory of stock for menu items. 8. Ensure that all open packages are dated and expired products are properly disposed of. 9. Wash dishes as needed and able in accordance with sanitation standards.
