Primary Job Duties:

AM Duties:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Ascertain guests' dining and lodging needs to ensure a tailored experience.
• Seat guests according to the seating chart, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining flow.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating availability and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform opening duties, including preparing the restaurant for service and ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next day’s operations.
• Help fellow team members with side work, including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, and other tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain positive working relationships and enhance overall guest experience.

PM Duties:

• Continue to greet guests and manage seating arrangements throughout the dinner service.
• Maintain awareness of dining room activity and communicate effectively with the service staff to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with the preparation of the restaurant for evening service, including setting up tables and ensuring the ambiance is welcoming.
• Support the team with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.
