Facilitate owner, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings and maintain meeting records.
Monitor submittal, shop drawing, and procurement processes to support project schedules.
Coordinate permitting, inspections, startup, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Conduct regular job site visits to monitor construction progress, quality standards, production planning, and safety performance. Depending on project size and complexity, this role may be assigned to provide full-time on-site project support.
Collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership to support operational efficiency and schedule compliance.
Assist with identifying and resolving project risks, conflicts, and operational issues.
Independently manage small projects or designated scopes of work, as assigned, including project coordination, financial performance, scheduling, client communication, and successful project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Four (4) to seven (7) years of construction-related experience preferred.
Experience with construction project startup, mobilization, and project coordination activities.
Strong understanding of construction project management processes, financial management, and operational execution.
Proficiency in computer-based Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling programs, construction management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to support project financial performance, coordinate resources, and assist with successful project execution.
Experience developing professional presentations, project-specific narratives, and qualification packages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Project Executives, General Superintendents, and other leadership personnel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project owners, subcontractors, field leadership, and internal departments.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and address project-related challenges.
Ability to foster a positive team environment, maintain employee morale, and promote collaboration across project teams.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to support the professional development of team members at varying experience levels and career stages.

Proficiency in using standard office technology, including laptops, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and scanners.
Ability to perform office-related tasks requiring close vision, focus, and regular verbal communication.
Ability to occasionally lift and move office materials and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Availability to work a full-time, exempt schedule, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break and flexibility based on project schedules and operational needs.
Willingness to travel regularly to project job sites and regional offices to support project operations and business objectives.
