Inside Sales

Job description

The Inside Sales role is responsible for selling goods and requires knowledge of items sold.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

• Maintain and oversee commercial product lines.
• Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls.
• Maximize margin on sales.
• Provide price quotes and quote follow-up.
• Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges.
• Process and maintain customer orders.
• Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders.

Education/Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• 1-3 years related experience
• Proficiency using computers - specifically proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - DOE

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
