Weyland Ventures is looking to hire a part-time Leasing Agent to help fill vacancies in an exciting new development near downtown Louisville, KY!
Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their dream living or work space? If so, please read on!
This role is responsible for showing available commercial and residential spaces to potential tenants, preparing lease documents, and generating leads to help achieve maximum occupancy.
A successful applicant will be outgoing, have the selling gene, and an eye for detail!
This role will be solely commission based and the schedule will vary based on scheduled property tours.
