Are you a comprehensive General Dentist looking for a busy, stable schedule with a group that rewards you for staying? Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Grants, NM is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist (W-2, benefits eligible).

💵 $90,000 Bonus Plan - Significant Retention Bonuses

✔ $40,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid over your first 24 months

✔ $50,000 Five-Year Retention Bonus

Total Bonus Plan: $90,000

$275,000–$325,000 per year

Full-time W-2 with benefits

Experienced dentists are preferred, but we’re absolutely open to a graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment.

• Experienced clinical and administrative support to keep the day moving efficiently

⚙️ Clinical & Procedural Focus

We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently.

Ideal strengths include:

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

• Simple to moderate extractions

• Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)
