- Provide execution leadership, coaching and direction to assigned Project Managers; establish common expectations, tools, reporting and governance across the portfolio.
- Partner with the Functional Director and Lead Engineer to translate technical priorities into sequenced work packages with clear ownership, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure authorized scope is represented in the Integrated Engineering Schedule with appropriate logic, resources, interfaces, forecast dates and completion criteria.
- Partner with Project Controls to maintain credible forecasts, monitor performance, identify new constraints and communicate concise status to leadership.
- Maintain an integrated view of portfolio budget, actuals, estimate to complete and resource demand; explain material variances and lead corrective action.
- Find and address program risks, lead issue resolution and develop recovery plans when technical, schedule, cost or resource challenges threaten commitments.
