Van Driver

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Westfield\'s Hospital is hiring a Van Driver. Help make a difference in your community by providing patients with safe, reliable transportation to and from Westfields Hospital & Clinic. What You\'ll Do: Safely transport patients to and from the clinic and hospital. Follow safety procedures and safe driving practices while promoting a safe environment. Maintain regular and timely attendance. Protect patient confidentiality. Follow organizational policies, procedures, and Corporate Integrity Program requirements. Complete required education, training, licensure/certification, and Employee Health and Wellness requirements on time. Work Schedule:FTE: .5 (20 hrs. weekly), Day Shift Required Qualifications: Education, Experience, or Equivalent: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver\'s license. Preferred Qualifications: Education, Experience, or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience driving vans and operating vehicle lift mechanisms.
