- Support future-year funding and sustainability planning.
- Maintain a consolidated tracker for deliverables and milestones, including approved activities, owners, dependencies, expenditures, evidence of completion, and reporting deadlines.
- Serve as the central operational liaison for the community outreach subcontractor and participating community, practice, hospital, vendor, and data partners, while contract administration remains with authorized organizational roles.
- Coordinate sustainability and subsequent year readiness planning for registry, mobile, and expanded screening workflows within the approved budget.
- Review program performance against approved screening, follow-up, referral-closure, implementation, and reporting expectations, and coordinate corrective action when milestones are at risk.
- Ensure the Regional Cancer Screening Governance Committee is operational, receives monthly performance review materials, and is positioned to authorize workflow changes, resource allocation, and corrective actions.
- Maintain weekly operational and monthly governance reviews, and coordinate quarterly and end-of-period funder reporting using validated data supplied by the Data / Quality function.
