Education Coordinator

Are you a passionate Early Childhood leader with experience in behavior analysis, behavior therapy, or occupational therapy looking to make a broad community impact? Our Head Start program is seeking an Education Coordinator to oversee classroom quality, mentor teaching staff, and elevate our inclusive learning environments.

We are open to a variety of backgrounds. A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with experience teaching preschool age children, behavior therapy, behavior analysis, or occupational therapy, or similar field.

If you want to use your background in behavior analysis or sensory-motor development to shape early childhood curricula, support neurodiverse learners, and coach teachers in real-time, this role is for you.

Details

• 10 months, 40 hours/week. Work from early August to mid June.
• Pay range is $57,000-59,000

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with experience teaching preschool age children, behavior therapy, behavior analysis, or occupational therapy, or similar field.
• Valid driver's license
• Great organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledgeable about early child development
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
