• $50,000–$60,000 starting salary, based on experience and skill

Where You’ll Work Our office in Campbellsport, WI. What You’ll Do

• Review plans and specs, perform take-offs, and prepare accurate estimates
• Gather vendor pricing and identify labor, material, and equipment needs
• Build bid proposals, manage multiple deadlines, and track the Bid Docket
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth project handoff

What You Need

Required:

• 1+ year of estimating, project coordination, or construction experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening and background check

Preferred:

• Estimating experience in roofing, sheet metal, or a similar trade
• Construction field experience, including knowing the products and how they go together
• PlanSwift or similar take-off software
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
