Flat Roofing Punch List Technician

$1,000 sign-on bonus. Year-round work. Merit-based raises reviewed at 60 days. Weekly pay. Wenger Construction is hiring an experienced Flat Roofing Punch List Technician to join our Flat Roofing division. You’ll travel between job sites completing final punch list items and small standalone roofing projects: correcting deficiencies, finishing detail work, and making sure every job meets Wenger’s quality standards before close-out. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on flat roofing experience who takes pride in finishing a job right and enjoys variety in their day. Pay & Benefits

• $38–$44/hour, based on experience and skill

Where You’ll WorkJob sites across Wisconsin, from Kenosha to Green Bay. What You’ll Do

• Complete punch list items from quality control walks, final inspections, and customer requests
• Respond to leak calls and diagnose active leaks on commercial flat roofs
• Complete small flat roofing projects and standalone roofs from start to finish
• Repair and finish flashing, seams, penetrations, and other detail work
• Travel between multiple job sites daily to close out outstanding items
• Document completed work with photos and update job status with the Foreman or Project Manager
• Make sure all work meets manufacturer specifications and Wenger quality standards

What You NeedRequired:

• 5+ years of commercial flat roofing experience
• Experience with EPDM and TPO roofing systems
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel between job sites daily
• Ability to lift, carry, and work at heights regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, pre-employment drug screen, and physical

Preferred:

• PVC roofing experience
• Flashing, seam, and penetration detail repair experience
• Basic blueprint or roof plan reading
• Prior quality control or punch list experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
