What you'll do

The Crew Member position is responsible for:

Utilizing knowledge or positional skills; customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and Wendy's policy's and procedures. Providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. What you can expect $300 Sign On Bonus $13/Hour with increased wage for working 11pm until 7am Gas Discount, Weekly pay, Vacation, Profit Share, Tuition Reimbursement, Scholarship program, and much more! What we expect from you Strong customer service skills and a Great attitude is required. All employee's must be 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by the state.
