You’ve led a nursing team. You know what survey readiness takes. Now, help teams across multiple facilities succeed.
We are seeking an experienced RN and former Pennsylvania skilled nursing Director of Nursing who can turn regulatory knowledge into practical improvements in resident care. In this regional role, you’ll partner with facility leaders to identify risks, strengthen clinical systems, and build lasting survey readiness. If you enjoy solving problems, coaching others, and helping teams feel confident and prepared, this is an opportunity to expand your impact.
Your Impact · Build everyday survey readiness: Conduct onsite visits, clinical observations, record reviews, staff interviews, and audits to identify strengths and areas for improvement. · Turn findings into action: Develop targeted plans to improve CMS Five-Star performance and survey outcomes, with clear priorities and measurable follow-through. · Strengthen clinical systems: Evaluate practices for compliance with federal and Pennsylvania skilled nursing requirements and help teams implement sustainable solutions. · Partner with facility leadership: Work closely with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to address risks and improve resident outcomes. · Coach with purpose: Help staff understand regulatory expectations, why they matter, and how daily practices affect resident safety and survey results. · Support the survey process: Assist teams before and during annual, complaint, and revisit surveys. · Drive sustained improvement: Assist with plans of correction, corrective action implementation, and follow-up monitoring. · Keep leadership informed: Clearly communicate findings, priorities, progress, and unresolved risks to facility and regional leadership.
How You Lead Matters You bring expertise - and the ability to bring people together. We’re looking for someone who listens, builds trust, and earns cooperation through credibility and practical guidance. You are approachable, emotionally intelligent, organized, and comfortable having difficult conversations. You balance clear expectations and accountability with respect for the challenges facility teams face. Your goal is to help teams take ownership of improvements that last.
