- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and reporting
- Identify creative solutions that minimize operational disruptions for clients
- Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance on all projects
- Travel to project sites as needed

- Knowledge of concrete, masonry, structural steel, and pre-engineered metal building construction
- Experience managing contracts, change orders, pay applications, budgets, forecasts, and schedule of values
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with owners and decision-makers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team
