As a Merchandiser, you'll play an important role in keeping our products stocked, organized, and looking their best at local retail stores. You'll spend your day visiting customer locations, stocking shelves and coolers, building attractive displays, and making sure shoppers can easily find their favorite beverages.

Requirements

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you'll help keep our products looking great and ready for customers by:

• Stocking, rotating, and organizing beverages on store shelves and in coolers.
• Building and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked, neatly faced, and visually appealing.
• Checking product dates and rotating inventory to maintain freshness.
• Organizing and maintaining clean, orderly backstock areas.
• Moving products from backstock to shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
• Building positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Following company merchandising, product quality, and safety standards.
• Completing other merchandising-related tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer locations.
• The ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• A positive, professional attitude when working with customers and store personnel.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to stay active and perform hands-on work throughout the day.
