- Support classroom instruction by working with individual students and small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and learning activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
- Help manage classroom routines and transitions
- Observe student progress and share insights with the teaching team
- Provide academic and behavioral support tailored to student needs
