What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and improve processes that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans to address escalated issues.
• Lead the development and enhancement of operational tools and reporting systems to support business needs.
• Mentor and develop team members, establish performance expectations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating current programs and implementing innovative solutions to meet strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
