Original job description
- Lead quality loss elimination using WPS tools (5S, RCA, Six Sigma, time/motion studies)
- Build quality loss profiles, KPI reporting, and gap analyses to guide improvement work
- Manage execution of top quality-loss projects and identify replication opportunities
- Create and improve standard work to reduce process variation and prevent deviations
- Partner with DC leaders to support WPS programs, engagement, and KPI improvements
What you’ll bring
- Experience applying process improvement methods (RCA, 5S, Six Sigma, time/motion) in operations
- Ability to analyze KPIs, build loss profiles, and translate insights into actions/standard work
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects from problem definition to sustainment
- Working knowledge of WPS-style operating rhythms and playbook/standard work governance
- Comfort coaching leaders/associates on continuous improvement expectations and routines
