Role summary:

The Manager, Technology Operations leads the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple complex technology projects aligned with strategic objectives. We are looking for a Manager to own Offer Listing Quality (OLQ) end to end, helping define how we measure listing quality, how the organization uses that measurement to drive the business, and how we enable sellers to understand and improve the quality of their offers.

About the team:

Our team leads the Insights & Recommendations portfolio for Global Walmart Marketplace, enabling sellers to understand their business and identify growth opportunities. We develop seller-focused products and programs across reporting, listing quality, personalized recommendations, and advertising with Walmart Connect. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and commercial teams, we establish strategy and deliver scalable solutions that enhance seller performance. This role will serve as the end-to-end business owner for Listing Quality, connecting data science and model development, analytics and reporting, internal stakeholders, product and seller experience teams, and seller education.

What you'll do:

  • Define and technology projects within programs, aligning deliverables and schedules with strategic objectives.
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Offer Listing Quality, ensuring the framework continues to accurately represent the factors that drive customer experience and seller performance
  • Own the definition and governance of Listing Quality reporting across the organization. Drive adoption of OLQ across internal teams by establishing clear definitions, reporting standards, documentation, and guidance on how the metric should be used
  • Develop and execute the strategy for educating sellers on Listing Quality and the actions they can take to improve performance

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive alignment across teams.
  • Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and technology landscape to support strategic objectives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and program health.
